The seller processes and ships the order, updating status at every step — processing, shipped, delivered — and funds release automatically the moment the buyer confirms delivery, with the platform commission deducted and the seller's net amount recorded on an immutable ledger. If something goes wrong, either side can raise a dispute, which freezes the transaction until MyJamanot reviews the evidence and resolves it with a release, a refund, or a partial settlement.
